The words “KINSŌ”, “we”, “us”, “our” refer to KINSŌ. The words “you”, “your”, “customer”, “user” refer to the person accessing or using the Site or purchasing Products.
By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Returns & Refunds Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.
Acceptance & capacity to contract
By placing an order you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are purchasing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
Our service & platform
KINSŌ operates the Site and sells Products through a hosted e-commerce platform (WooCommerce). We may add features, change content, or remove services at any time without prior notice. Any new features will also be subject to these Terms.
Orders, pricing & availability
- All prices are in AUD and are subject to change without notice.
- We may limit quantities, refuse service, cancel or decline orders at our discretion (including suspected fraud, resale intent, or payment failure).
- If we cancel an accepted order, we will notify you and refund any payment already taken.
Shipping address responsibility & fees
It is your responsibility to provide a correct, complete, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to KINSŌ due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed collection, refusal of delivery, or other customer-side return reasons, you may choose to:
• Have the item re-shipped for a flat fee of $13.95; or
• Request a refund less a $19.95 restocking & processing fee (which covers inspection, handling and original fulfilment costs).
Once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided, KINSŌ is not responsible for lost, stolen or misdelivered parcels.
Subscriptions & auto-delivery
By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your nominated payment method at the selected frequency.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- You are responsible for managing your subscription through your account prior to the next billing date. Requests to pause, skip, change or cancel must be made before the renewal is processed.
- Subscription pricing, discounts or introductory offers apply only while your subscription is active. Cancelling may revert future orders to standard pricing.
Returns, refunds & consumables exclusions
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains return windows, hygiene exclusions and how to request a return. Key points:
- Change-of-mind returns are accepted only for unused, unopened, sealed items within the permitted return window and are subject to the stated restocking and shipping fees.
- Opened, used, water-tested or installed filter cartridges, consumables and any item removed from hygiene seals are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Refunds (if approved) are issued to the original payment method after inspection and verification.

Consumer guarantees & Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under ACL. If a Product has a major failure you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. We will assess faults reasonably and may require proof (photos, video, Product return or inspection).
We are not liable under ACL where damage or faults arise from incorrect installation, misuse, normal wear and tear, or using the Product outside the instructions provided.
Compatibility, installation & self-installation liability
KINSŌ products are designed to fit standard ½-inch fittings unless stated otherwise. It is your responsibility to confirm compatibility prior to purchase.
- If you choose to self-install, you accept all risk and liability for installation-related outcomes including plumbing damage, water damage, or loss arising from installation. KINSŌ is not liable for repair or trades costs resulting from self-installation.
- We recommend professional installation if you are unsure.
Intellectual property
All Site content — including trademarks, product images, text, design and code — is owned or licensed by KINSŌ. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without prior written permission.
User content & reviews
By submitting reviews, images or other content you grant KINSŌ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and publish that content for marketing and promotional purposes. Do not post content that infringes third-party rights or includes personal data of others.
Third parties, links & tools
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and optional third-party tools. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or privacy practices. Use such tools at your own risk and review their terms.
